Villa Pelagos

Villa Pelagos is a four-bedroom private villa completed in 2024, located on a hilltop approximately 160 metres above the Ionian Sea, overlooking Navarino Bay. Set within a fenced 10,000 m² olive grove, the property offers open views across the bay, the Divari Lagoon, surrounding islands, beaches, and the inland landscape. The villa combines privacy with convenient access to Gialova, nearby beaches, Pylos, and the Costa Navarino golf courses, all within a short drive.

The villa offers approximately 300 m² of interior living space, arranged between a Main House and a separate Guest House, with an additional 250 m² of outdoor areas designed for everyday indoor–outdoor use. The architecture blends contemporary design with traditional Messinian materials, including stone and wood, while large sliding doors connect interior spaces directly to shaded terraces and outdoor living areas.
